Pagination

In the thick of booking season, your leads list can be a mile long. And, in an effort to continually make working in Aisle Planner (and your life) more organized, we’ve added pages to your Lead Manager. Now, once your leads list exceeds 25, it will create a second page and continue to do so for each additional 25 leads. This will not only help keep you organized but it will make for faster load times!

Pro Tip: Now you can search for leads! Simply type in the lead’s name or email into the search bar you see in the upper right hand part of your Lead Dashboard.

You will also notice that you can no longer sort your leads list by assignment, but for good reason! Keep reading for the reason why.

Assign Multiple Org Members to a Lead

Now you can assign multiple org members to a lead! To do this, click on Leads in the main menu on your Project Dashboard. Once you are on your Lead Dashboard, you have two options to add additional people to each of your leads. The first way is to first click on the name that shows under the lead assignments column. Then, a modal with your options will open and you can click on people to select/deselect. Simply click out of the modal to finish. The second way you can add multiple people to a lead is from within the Lead Record. To do it this way, click into a Lead Record and then on the Manage Lead Assignments gold button that you see just under the Date of Inquiry field. When you do that, a modal with your options will open and you can click on the people to select/deselect them. Simply click out of the modal to finish.

Add Multiple Projects from a Single Lead

When a potential client inquires, sometimes they are looking to hire you to manage multiple events. And, while you have always been able to send quotes, invoices, and contracts for different events to a single lead, now you can create multiple projects from a single lead! And, there are two simple ways to do it. The first way you can create a project from a lead is how you always have been able to. Simply click into a Lead Record and then on the gold export button you see in the upper right hand corner of your screen. When you do that, you will see an option to “Create Project.” Click on the Create Project option, fill in the project settings in the modal that opens, and finish by clicking the gold Done button in the lower right hand corner of the modal. When you do, a new project will appear on your Pro Dashboard. Now, you can repeat this process to add as many projects from the lead as you need to.

Note: After you create a project from a lead, the Lead Record is moved to the “Booked” tab of your Lead Manager. From then on, you can refer to the Lead Record there and still have the ability to add documents and create projects.

The second (and new) way to add projects to a lead is to click into a Lead Record and scroll to the “Projects” section. You’ll find it added to the bottom of the section where you currently see Documents, Quotes, and Invoices. From there, simply click on the gold +, fill in the project settings in the modal that opens, and finish by clicking the gold Done button in the lower right hand corner of the modal. When you do, a new project will appear on your Pro Dashboard. You can repeat this process to add as many projects from the lead as you need to.

Note: Regardless of which way you choose to add multiple projects to a lead, all of the projects connected to a single Lead Record will be listed in the “Projects” section.

In the circumstance that you need to unlink a project from a lead, you can do this by clicking into the Lead Record under the "Booked" tab in your Lead Manager, scrolling to the “Projects” section, hovering your mouse over the project, and then clicking on the trash can that appears to the left. This will remove the project from being attached to the lead but the project will still be live on your Pro Dashboard. You can archive the project from there and then fully delete it from under the archive tab.

Set Lead Permissions

In addition to all of these upgrades, we’ve made updates to permission settings so that you can give your team members access to just the leads they need to be in the know about. Learn more about that here!
