Unveiled: Real Weddings With AP Pros: Kim & John's Wedding Day

Kim and John at the alter
March 30, 2022

Dearest readers, the day has finally come! On day 3 of Unveiled, Kim and John said “I do” in a magical wonderland equivalent to the most romantic soireés in Bridgerton. Hanging blooms, fine Spanish details, and the secret garden dessert bar are just some of the many elements that made the wedding day the most special.

After the San Diego-inspired Welcome Party and New Orleans Rehearsal Dinner, the wedding day was the grandest of all. Type A Soirée wanted every guest to feel like they stepped into a scenic garden! We're taking you for a stroll through every moment of Kim and John's big day! Starting with everyone's favorite tradition, the first look! Kim and John got to enjoy the intimacy of a first look and got to spend some time together before they walked down the aisle.

Down the Aisle

The focal point of the ceremony was the fountain alter, blooming with the colors of the sunset—white, orange, and blue. Florals lined the chairs, while elegant cards were placed on every seat. Kim and John's love is that of a fairytale. The dedication and respect they have for each other were shared with every vow.
