Booking With Beautiful Brochures
January 28, 2020

First impressions are everything. That means that your social media presence and the reviews you get from previous clients are what'll pull new clients in. You have to have quality services to entice people to contact you for further details. But, once people are interested enough to contact you, what do you do to secure them as your client? Couples may be wowed by what your company can do but if your mode of communication is messy and hard to follow then you can kiss that booking goodbye. That’s why we love this easy and aesthetic solution: Brochures. That’s right! Put your best foot forward this year by creating beautiful brochures with Aisle Planner to ensure that you get booked!

The Recipe for a Fantastic Brochure

When clients like what they see, they'll come! Whether you’re a florist, wedding planner, caterer, photographer, videographer, etc., don’t allow your amazing product to go unnoticed. It would be a disservice to yourself and your company if you put all of this time and effort into perfecting your services but falter in your communication. Communication is by far the biggest indicator if a client will or won’t book you. If they're interested in hiring you for their big day, they want to know the basics and they want to know them now. However, they don’t want to look at bulky paragraphs full of wordy text.

What they do want is:

  1. Package deals
  2. Pricing
  3. Services

Time is money and your clients don’t want to waste time trying to understand what you have to offer and for how much. They’re dealing with a lot of vendors and if their communication with you isn’t seamless, they will look elsewhere. Your brochures have to successfully capture their eye and tell them all of the information they need in order to make the decision to choose you. You can do this by grouping the three together. Create package deals with pricing and what services are included in each.

Presentation:

  • Clean: Busy is deterrent. Keep it minimal and use bullet points.
  • Simple: Choose a simple but complementary color scheme so you won’t distract from the info.
  • Direct: This is not the time to elaborate on your work. Instead only write what's needed.
  • Symmetrical: The human eye loves symmetry. This will automatically draw them in.
  • Organized: Organize your packages effectively and in a congruent order.
  • Brand: Make sure you're staying true to your brand and include your logo.
  • Photos: Find aesthetic images that accurately depict your services and product.
