Aisle Planner 2016 Year in Review

Another year is in the books and I could not have imagined closing out this year like we are just about to do! 2016 has been the best kind of challenge here at Aisle Planner HQ so, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past 365 days.

This year was the year it felt like we grew up as a business and as a team. We welcomed 2016 with some lofty goals and growth (in many ways) was important to making that happen. So, when we started by hiring a new CTO and adding to our development team, we also pushed the first domino and hung on tight for the ride! In the months that followed, we moved out of our little starter office and into a bigger space. We launched the Community Site and rebranded the blog. We partnered with some amazing people from our Aisle Planner community as well as creative businesses to support their adventures, meet tons of new people, and tell their stories. We coordinated and styled our first branded photoshoot.  But, most importantly, we released 6 powerful new features and set ourselves up to kick off the new year with more!

As much as look back with fondness, I look forward with excitement. 2017 is going to be another exciting year and I know I speak for the entire team when I say that we are honored to have you as a big part of our journey! Each of you inspires us to continually push for new ideas, to shake things up, and to never be satisfied. Aisle Planner is what it is because of you and for that, we are truly grateful.

So, cheers to 2016 and all that 2017 has to bring!
